Ruben is the founder of Hyve Capital, a boutique capital markets firm established in 2010, with experience placing over $750M in commercial real estate debt and structuring complex liquidity solutions. He also leads capital markets strategy for Aberdeen Development, overseeing financing from acquisition through stabilization.He previously served as Fund Manager for an opportunistic debt fund that delivered a 23% IRR over five years, with additional experience as an FDIC contractor.

Vince is a co-founder of Centre Construction Group and serves as COO and CFO, leading teams across Business Development, Accounting, and Legal. He is known for implementing strategies that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and strengthen partnerships.
Before Centre, he spent 20+ years at Ferrara Candy, overseeing the design and construction of 10M+ SF nationwide, including four facilities totaling 3.33M SF and $355.5M in project value, with $76M in tenant improvements.
